Return Conditions

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized Products

 Items produced with personalized quotes or designs at the customer's request are excluded from the right of return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Defects and Errors

 If you receive a defective product or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us at thebohemiannote@gmail.com within 30 days.
 We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.
