Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, special holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping to Mainland Portugal

  • Free Shipping: Applicable to orders of €50 or more.*
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping to the Islands (Azores and Madeira)

  • Free Shipping: Applicable to orders of €75 or more.*
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping to the European Union

  • Free Shipping: Applicable to orders of €75 or more.*
  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.

* Note: For orders below the values indicated above, a fixed shipping fee of 5,99€ may be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Whenever available, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.

Delays

The Bohemian Note shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our direct control.
